City magistrate of Ghaziabad, Umesh Mishra appears to be a real gentleman when he accepts the truth by saying:
"Most crimes are committed with unlicenced weapons. So, we do not see any harm in giving more and more licences"
A very practical approach. :D Hope Ministry of Home Affairs accepts the same truth.

At least someone seems to have a dose of common sense. Good for him, for approving licenses.

Well my mum has had a .32 Webley since she got married in 1965. Still uses it!
Justice alone is the mainstay of government and the source of prosperity to the governed, injustice is the most pernicious of things; it saps the foundations of the government and brings ruin upon the realm - Sher Shah Sur, Sultan-ul-Adil.

Nice, lol you are khandani gun owner. For me I'm still dreaming about holding a gun one day. I hope IFG organizes a get together in our state so I can at least see a gun closely.

Hopefully in our lifetime :)
