City magistrate of Ghaziabad, Umesh Mishra appears to be a real gentleman when he accepts the truth by saying:
A very practical approach. Hope Ministry of Home Affairs accepts the same truth."Most crimes are committed with unlicenced weapons. So, we do not see any harm in giving more and more licences"

Well my mum has had a .32 Webley since she got married in 1965. Still uses it!
