.. Right on... A lot of information is shared, a lot of tips proposed.. and a whole lot more... all leading to an extravaganza of exposure and awareness, which is the basic deficit of this country.
Why I mention this is that, when we think of the so so many issues in our great country ... it leads to a simple thought, discussed thus:
Sometimes, over a beer when I discuss such topics with friends, I ask them if they know the basics of the procedure of registering a complaint with the cops, or any detail of the fundamental rights for citizens.. and what I mostly get is blanked stares and worn out looks. One of the major problem of the system, that I notice, is that there is no proper information exchange and awareness of rules/procedures/process/etc, which leads to those sitting in admin positions being capable of taking the moderate civilian for a ride in any direction. My simple question is that if we all really know the road rules, obey it, and break none, what are the chances of some one having to catch us to fine us? If that happens, who will give bribes when they are right in every way.. and against whom shall we complain of 'taking bribes'. In the reverse logic, it is us who make way for people to get corrupt by not wearing a helmet, and knowing fully well that it is a crime, and one note will temporarily make the uniform pose in the other direction
Having said thus, and digressing like always, we beg to need mods because we digress, break rules on and off, and somehow know of an elastic limit that we so often stretch to breakage
