First Attempt DIY knife handle
Ingridients : Inspiration from the IFG, spare piece of teak wood, dremel tool, some elbow grease.
With small kydex sheath
With small kydex sheath
Some learn by reading. A few by observation. The rest of 'em have to pee on the electric fence.

Damascus knife blade from ebay. Indian seller in ebay .com was willing to ship within India for Rs.600. Selected 4 blades from ebay .com site and he made a seperate listing in ebay india. Quality is good with deep etching. Blunt edges.

Excellent job on the handle, Anand, bro!
Small suggestion, can you try brass rivets rather than the star bolts? Rivets would probably go better with the antique look of the knife.

Thanks esdee. My first attempt, so wanted it to be less complicated. Moreover in the small market near me i could not source even a brass nail. will have to try and get some from Coimbatore (150km drive :p) brass rods and brass pieces.
