Nice post Baljit thanks for sharing; now all you need is the barrel to complete your project!

Re: AR-15; the progeny of genius.
Well, that was rather annoying. I tried to post two pictures and had a power failure when I went to preview. Lots internet but laptop has battery. I deleted one picture because I wanted to replace it, but from preview I could not upload the second picture. So my only option is to post, and then edit. But I can't edit because my post requires moderator approval

It is cool but also means my gun budget is shot for the next 10 years

Re: AR-15; the progeny of genius.
Hello Friends.
As I write in my last post,CK come over around 12:30 PM and he bring the barrel ,gas block and gas tube for me.Both of us work's on my AR and finally my AR is complete.
I like to share all the pictures with all of you so you guy's can see how I installed the barrel, gas tube, forend and flash hider.
Here is my half complete AR with barrel and forend.
CK looking all the parts.
On my working table.
I have to use upper vise block so I can work on my AR.
Before I installed the barrel I make sure I clean the barrel really good.
After I clean the barrel you guy's can see how shine the chember.
Here when I installed the barrel.
After I mount the barrel,I put barrel nut.
After I tight the barrel nut I have to use torque wrench to make sure I match the requirement for barrel nut.
As you guy's can see barrel nut in place.
After I tight nut with torque wrench, my next step is installed gas tube and gas block on the barrel.
After all of this my next step is installed the forend.
After I installed the forend my next step is installing the flash hider.
finally nose cone.
Here in this pictures I check head space.
After just over two long hours finally it's done.
CK with my new toy.
Guy's tomorrow we have a plan for the range so we can put test fire on my AR and also I am going to try CK's new toy as well.
Enjoy
Baljit

Baljit, that's a great job man. One hell of a rifle Congrats
I fell in love with this grip ever since I handled a H&K PSG1 sniper rifle at an army facility.
When I saw the same on your new AR I was thrilled.
CK Da, you must be having a gala time. Will wait for the pics

Baljit,
Did you change your mind on the barrel? That profile looks different from the initial drawing that you posted.
