Great Find Vikram! Enjoyed it tremendously.

I hope all of you realize that this video is (from the late 1960's to the early 1970's). Techniques today are far advanced and you wont see as much handwork in manufacture today. The tape fed CNC machines are dinosaurs, the prehistoric ancestors of today's machines.

To expand on Vikram's post, here is a history of Remington's guns.

I guess I just discovered time travel- at least for the Americans. Ask them to come and see what we 'commoners' here shoot with. It'll be time travel back to at least a 150 years?!

Nice post Vikram.

OK, that's an excuse to tease the guys back home. And you are going to cost some guys here another grand to buy more. Looking one to build for target practice in summer, already have a scope and spotting scope lined up - Haji

Edit:Looking for heavy barrel then will have it cut to size, gunsmith @ Precision Arms and Gunsmithing is my long time buddy.

Baljit,
Good video.
Did you just get this? What scope do you have on this?
How about a range report.

That's pretty good for a factory rifle.
Of course, the shooter the man behind the gun is what really makes it happen.
Excellent shooting, as usual, Baljit.
