Can someone please let me know as to from which dealer I can purchase Ashani Bullets in "DELHI" as most of them are having a non-availability sign board.

you have to take the bull by horns. As far as I am concerned, naturally i will take the route of Consumer Protection Act as no dealer can charge more than the MRP set by the IOF.
Yes the problem has to confronted. It is not just the dealers but the entire chain beginning from IOF. It is not only Consumer Protection Act 1986 that is being violated by restrictive trade practices by IOF but is also abusing its dominant position in violation of Competition Act 2002. The shortage of .32 pistol cartridges mentioned by you is one such small example, which will naturally give rise to increase in prices. Recent increase of IOF shotgun cartridges is another example http://indiansforguns.com/viewtopic.php?f=21&t=17616
