I dont know when they will be approving new memberships but i can vouch for the gents holding office.
My application took 4 odd months to process. Put it in and let it happen in due time.
Nrai also, put in the membership application and sit happy.
When they approve it, they will call you.
And it certainly wont be more than a year!

There is no membership at the ksr.
Its dda pay and play scheme.
Fill up the form, attach the documents and hand them in. Thats it.
It was keeping in mind financial constraints that i mentioned you go in for a single shot .22 rifle. A decent one might be yours for 20 odd thousand rupees. This from a senior member here.
The range will rent out rifles and they are damn accurate too, only problem is that you gotta be prepared if the competitions are nt held n delhi. so you gotta start going to the ranges, meet people, become friends with like minded people and they might even be able to help you out with that.
Replying to a different query of yours, kadarpur ranges are not open to the general public. Not as yet atleast.
Once you buy a big bore rifle, where will you sight it my friend? What about area validity? The ammo is also costlier for the big bore.
Hope this helps.
Post for more queries, it will help others too
