wohoooo, Amar that thing's built like a tank ... Why sell it then ?

Moin, you were not supposed to put up this question specially when it has been sold and the payment is pending.
You did not even get a a reply!
My guess would be that since it is build like a tank, it fits in the pocket like one and weighs likewise.
Not a convenient EDC
Also since the grip is almost abrasive its easy to image what it does to your jeans pockets.
Relax guys, this is just meant on a lighter note
although I do not know how much of this might be true.

several online reputed stores. If you are looking at a fixed blade, and are willing to spend slightly more, also consider
Busse. You also have
Schempp Rock, and
Temperance 2 from Spyderco.
Of course it is still available as it is a knife currently in production. Although Subal is right, there is a shortage at present but I guess this will be temporary.
Talk about ergonomics and about the blade steel and you will know what I am saying about the ZT.
Even if you spend the same amount or more with the Busse or the Spydercos they will not be in the same league. And I am not saying that the ZT101 is the best available knife in the market, there are a lot of other knives which are as good or better but so far I did not see you mention any. Even for a higher price.
It just needs some more research, I am sure you will get there
Of course your opinion might differ from mine and I have nothing against it.
