Sorry Jitu, I should have clarified, the 10th ring is pasted onto a wall (preferrably white, off white). Height between 140-145 cms, your pistol barrel tip is just 2-3 inches from the wall. The hold is roughly 6cms below the ring. The ring is only for reference .

hey hvj did a practice shoot after many days. thankfully have come back to my level pre shoulder strain. now hope to progress by following the drills above regularly. will let u know the progress

hey hvj i have been noticing quite a lot of lateral shift of my hand under the black while aiming. when the full concentration is on SA the horizontal movement of the hand some times takes the shots right or left. would the ex (12) above cure this

hey hvj i am talking of the the fact that the hand does not remain steady under the black at six instead moves in a arc on both sides. is this normal or is something wrong. what is ur email so that i can ask for the novices trg mtrl

thank god that it is normal. i have been racking my brain to understand why the mov in the arc if i am doing , at least trying to, do everything as per the book. have emailed u for the trg pgme

hey hvj off on a week trip. should i carry the ap and keep practicing the holding, fig eights etc. because the efficiency goes down after each such trip and effort is reqd to get back up to the level. urgent advice pl
