Re: New trigger unit for IHP
Now a bit details. The trigger comes with complete housing. This can be directly replace with the existing one (of-course you have to do a bit of filing) . There are some few attachment not shown here but overall by now you are having clear idea about how the trigger works and how to attach.
What you can expect from this trigger?
1. Predictable smooth action
2. Zero Accidental firing
What else one can expect?
Attachment having 3d .pdf file so that you can zoom, move and see how it looks like.

Hi Tirths,
Congratulation on your new trigger design (and of course the 3d presentation). I’m a zero at gun smiting….but couldn’t you have introduced the screw mechanism in the Canon 65 to adjust the trigger? Just a thought.

Tirths,
it is evident from video motion that the 1st and 3rd pivot pins from left are taking maximum stress. yet the trigger lever is to give the final answar.Have you checked with lbs pulling force ?
On the whole grand idea .

Re: New trigger unit for IHP
@BD: Good observation. As said, there are some fine details which I am not showing anywhere. But yes, this trigger is highly adjustable one.
@Basu: I agree and pivot pin dia is same size of the pin IHP is using to arrest the entire power plant. 1st pin is for direct stress and the third pin is for transferring/bypassing stress to another direction where using 2nd lever can be most effective. And finally the pull weight within the HAPPY limit
@Brihacharan: In one line you have explained everything!!
Hope to see soon HAPPY face of IHP owners.

Nice Job... keep going but a small question. I dont see any hole where the main pin is inserted across the tube.
