Hi Sid,
> Glad to note that you are taking on the Pre Session Competition. Good Luck & Best wishes.
> Believe it or not Shooting is somewhat like Golf - You compete against yourself!
> The weapon in your hand is virtually an extension of yourself in mind, body and action.
> Suggest you practice Reikhi / Yoga to improve your concentration and breath control - very vital to the shooting sport.
> It also helps to keep your muscles supple yet strong and steady.
> Like Arjun said to Dronacharya "I dont see any bird - I only see its eye". Follow this and BANG you are on Bulls Eye!
Cheers

Never played golf. only in mobile game that also cause it was default.
Your advice noted and taken well on board, sir.
On that note, I was reading a small book called Marksmanship for Rifle, Hunters. The author wrote that his acquiantance used to talk to himself while shooting and hence even in adverse weather conditions would came away successful. Focussing only on the bulls eye and talking to self about the same may help focus and filter out unnecessary things.
Dhanyawaad.

Yes people still use sporran with a kilt here.
and no porridge for me. nah nah. eiks.
Well, if one does do the self talking in mind only; then the symptoms of madness can be concealed.
