how about starting with delhi only.goodboy_mentor wrote:I own non, since getting an "All India License" is practically next to impossible.
How about some pics of the oldies??CZHarry wrote:Had to choose "I own guns OUTSIDE INDIA". I have about 25. Mostly WWII communist bloc rifles, pistols & a few Enfields, which I collect, with a few modern firearms in the mix.
Since I have been working for a private company, if I have to transfer to some other state or get job in a different state or I simply decide to have my residence in some other state, getting the license converted to "All India" will be a practical problem. I am of the opinion that the ridiculous rules of Ministry of Home Affairs(for All India Licenses) have been one of the major reasons for discouraging a law abiding citizen like me, from applying for a firearm license for exercise of my legal right for self protection as allowed by Section 96 to Section 106 of the Indian Penal Code.(http://indiansforguns.com/viewtopic.php ... 1&start=18)how about starting with delhi only.
