Khairuddin O/U-Pics
hello,
hardening and tempering is being done by case hardening process and gravity of hardening depends upon on which part we are doing the process and what is the kind of material and how much hardening is required.
Special edition has chrome bore.
wood used in stock and underpiece is 35 to 40 years old seasoned wood for sure.I have seen the bills and marks on the wood bearing 1969 and 1972.
Lot more things will surprise you when u see the actual thing.U will find quality at par with international brands(especially special edition)
Guns are available.
Some minor customisation can be done as uncle has agreed to do it for one of IFGian.

Jeff Cooper advocated four basic rules of gun safety:
1) All guns are always loaded. Even if they are not, treat them as if they are.
2) Never let the muzzle cover anything you are not willing to destroy.
3) Keep your finger off the trigger till your sights are on the target.
4) Identify your target, and what is behind it.

Best gun with me is Felix Sarasquetta MOD 50.
am busy with other things as I have my own business so cant devote much time towards taking pictures and all. But I have two under overs....Felix Saraqueta and Norica Laurona. Will post when I get a good camera and will take guns to Studio but I think will post those two guns in separate post.

hello,
some of the spoke to my uncle on phone. They placed orders with a bit of customisation in stock.
Some ask questions which are so difficult to answer like:
1.your SxS is very cheap as compared to over under.
2.Why is Khiaruddin u/o costlier than other brands.
I have only one justification.
Come down and see the gun and in anyway if u find it not at par with international quality as far as build quality is concerned.
Chrome plated bore(we have it,how can people compare)
I have taken split open pics of the gun and inside of the hand piece which shows the cutting and machining and the machining of chamber and action plate.will have to reduce the image size in order to post it.
will do it tomorrow.I have taken all snaps where guns are under process and at request of some members I have taken videos of Uncle working on the guns with hands.
The difference is .....like.....an assembly line manufactured thing and hand made,,,,,,,
One most important thing,,,,,,,
Take twenty guns and interchange all parts ,I mean shuffle one part of one gun and put it in other gun,you wont make out which was your piece other than the gun number,,,,I bet on this...
I saw it today in factory and was really amazed...

Really appreciate the beautiful shotguns, in fact may go for one myself. I would request you to please check your posts and edit them before posting. I have edited two of your posts tonight, please be more careful, it's a little time consuming for me.

Hi plas
No doubt there are lesser makers and even less takers for o/u guns be it the normal desi ppol who wish just to own an gun and may never use it for even killing a bird or sport. so we live in a place where all asses and horses are supposed to be equal. The products shown in this thread are extremely beutiful . As far as mine opinion is concerned the people who doth not work for cosmetic value of a product seldom have anything that has good workmanship regarding the functionality of the same product.
so i can say that the thing that looks good may also work good.
Rest God Knows . i have now got my license updated and sooner i will be in possession of the same gun as shown ( that too by the grace of God ) and i will post a picture of it soon.
The performance and the results comes after wards.
