Air Rifle exempted from licence

Hi, Can anyone tell me where i can get (download) a copy of a GO or notification saying that Air rifles do not need a licence...Im desperate .... :(

Airgun/airrifle/airpistol that passes the dealwood test are excempted category as mentioned in item no 1(3) of schedule(ii)of gsr of indian arms act 1959.
so the exempted air guns comes under non licencing category :D
