unable to login

hello everybody,
i am unable to login via mozilla firefox even if i enter the correct username and password but i am able to do so via internet explorer please help me .

Use Internet Exlporer then I am also facing the same problem, even Internet Explorer is not working in my case, whenever i login, I get the message "You have successfuly logged in" and then after, I am again asked to enter username and password, multiple times before I can do any useful work or post any reply. Worse is when after loging in and typing a long response to some mail, when I click on submit button, I am again asked to enter username and password, and all the text is gone, this happens many times, but i have a sloution for the lost text, "Save it to the Clipboard" or write in notepad and then cut and paste" This is quite irritating.. Another problem after reading everypage i have to enter username and password that too multiple times. Lets wait till help/suggestion from admin arrives.

It's quite a simple thing.Just delete the cookies in your browser.Close the browser and reopen.You may empty the cache too using this.

I use Firefox/Mozilla agree with Vikram delete the cookies..
