YES OFFCOURSE I DO, but like they say, look before you leap and the other one, fools jump in where angels fear to tread. I would like to know what I am getting into.

Not sure, as per the draft, it is asking for comments from "general public", I think no harm in giving comments/opinion as you stand to loose nothing. Moreover doing cc to others like MPs etc, newspapers etc. will be even better
