and dobhal87 has made a point here which is good.
as per your figure of 2% 2,39,60,060 people this is a good and a huge figure.even if we try to reach these guys and if anyhow these guys come our side their loved ones and their freinds or so , will be on our side eventually.right? Now this is something which has to be considered.

about educating people about guns, we cannot go on the roads and start educating the masses ! we have to find out a similar way to educate the 2% . maybe by video or mailing or through small sound clips etc. if they get educated about guns , they will educate their families and friends. Now tell me, if your bro or sis or a friends asks you anything about a gun , will you not tell him the facts and impart your knowledge? similarly even these people will coz their mentality will be changed.

Let me clarify, that by no means, NO means at all you have offended me, you were expressing your views and i was mine and but obvious their has to be difference in Individual opinions. In fact my appologies, if you felt it that way.

I have uploaded slightly modified version of the presentation in .pdf, .pps and .odp formats created by Ravi (added .....if a person is mentally fit enough to decide as whom to caste his vote, means he is not medically insane, is a citizen of India, submits proof of identity and residence, and is not a proclaimed offender(meaning he is not a wanted person by the law) that person should be eligible to get a firearm license.....
