Advise on 12 Bore

I have been able to get NPB Gun endorsed as additional weapon on my AL. I was planning to buy a pump action or a DBBL. It seems that pump action guns are either not available for sale or are at exorbitant prices. Imported DBBL are atleast 15 years old. Therefore I decided to buy a Indian DBBL. My requirement is short barrel so tthat the gun can be easily carried in a car but i dont want the ones with pistol grip and no butt.

Recently I saw a brand new DBBL from Bhati & Co in Ludhiana with 20" barrel. It has some sort of engraving and is priced around 18-20,000. It seemed to be quite heavy but the finish appeared to be OK.

I have practically no experience in 12 bores. Help/advise on which gun to buy and review of Bhati & Co will be helpful.

Conduct research on this site for recommendation for Indian made shotguns 'Modern' is considered a good brand. I dont personally recommend short barrel guns IMHO its an over hyped concept. Shottys are great home defense guns. Another good option is a used IOF DBBL.
