How do you find the trigger now?karandheer78 wrote:Hi Tirtha.. well I have had my 1st Diana in 0.177 when I was in 8th std. Somewhere down the line, i flicked my dad's Crossman Medallion II, 0.22 pistol & the madness carried on for the next 8 yrs or so. Post that there was a lull (the usual career building et all) & it's now got revived since the past 1 yr. A yr back I took a 0.22 local made rifle, followed by a 0.177 IHP, followed still further by a 0.22 IHP (gifted tht to a friend). Acquired a 0.22 RWS 350 in the midst of all these. Had a fleeting romance(1 day) with a HW 80 before my cousin took it away from me (Karma I guess for flicking my dad's 0.22 Crosman ) & recently got the HW 80 once again.tirths";p="49161 wrote:karandheer78,
Prior to 350, did you use any other toys? wondering when you say "rekord it really feels like a normal one!" And hardly you need any tuning to do.

Frankly: Have not found anything great about the HW 80 trigger as of yet. Of course, the steel feel to it is surely good but apart from that..nothing much.
Cheers!

In business, being the first doesn't mean anything. Getting it right is the recipe that defines everything.

Karandheer, did you buy this in India or did you import it?

Hi Arshad...quite a laborious task (or maybe I am plain lazy) to post pics...arshad_ahmad48 wrote:waiting for sum pics chief
Hi Andy...I was fortunate enough to buy a 2nd hand one, in India, which was as good as new. There is no way, legally, that you could import a 0.22 cal air rifle. Travellers carrying it on person & lucky enough to get it through customs etc are..well...lucky . As far as I know, there is no documented legal method of getting in a 0.22 cal air rifle in India, whether through post or otherwise.I am not aware of rules which apply to reknowned shots etc but for the aam junta, these are the rules.andy_65_in wrote:Hi Karan was your hw 80 in .22 imported through, i mean its impossible to manage to get a .22 airgun imported from whatever i gather in this forum

Hello Karandheer,
I own a HW 90 and have been wanting to get a HW 80 and a HW 97. Tell me something, have you figured out a scope to use and if yes, any special mounts that you are using for HW 80.
I have been considering getting a Dampa Mount for some time....need to know how that will turn out.
Post some pics of your baby HW that is.
