IOF Ambernath Experience
After waiting for 2 months, I got my new IOF .32 Revolver from Ambernath MTPF.
It was a nice experience. We went there at about 10.00am and within an hr we got our stuff in hand! The staff is quite sensible and helpful. I had fever but I didn't want to miss the chance. When I told them I wasn't well, they processed my documents fast and finished all other formalities in minutes.
The revolver is a nicely finished Mark II model. However, they could have put good grips instead of plastic. (I have changed that). They also give a pretty nice holster and a cleaning kit alongwith the revolver.
Am eagerly waiting for the chance to fire it now..

Thanks to all for the compliments!
Yes James, it has got the same safety bar as the Mark I IOF. THe only diff is firing pin is fixed and the hammer is flat.

Re: IOF Ambernath Experience
Few days back I fired my new IOF revolver for the first time.
The very first bullet (inaugural fire!) shot by my friend NK, hit the bull's eye !!
After that I fired almost 20 shots out of which 10 hit the target. 4 shots hit the inner circle. Initially I found the trigger a bit hard but now
its moving smooth.
Overall it was a memorable experience for me !!
