Thanks. I am going to settle with AK Agni rifle only. I will check in bangalore whether .177 is available in Agni.fantumfan2003 wrote:vijaycool
What dilemma ? If you want a .22 go for the AK Agni, which ever model suits you. If AK Agni was available in .177, I'd replace my IHP with it.

I don't think AK Agni is available in 0.177, otherwise fantumfan2003 wouldn't have posted it like that. Please correct me if i am wrong.

As an example of overcoming adversity, Karoly Takacs has few peers. He was part of Hungary’s world champion pistol-shooting team in 1938, when an army grenade exploded, crippling his right hand. Ten years later, having taught himself to shoot with his left, he won two gold medals in the rapid-fire class.

Re: AK agni
Hi,
Does anyone has any idea about the maker of Agni Air Rifles?? The contact name, number or location of the maker. This is a question that has been asked a lot of times, but has not been answered yet. There is nothing available on net. Would be grateful if somebody would reveal this divine secret.
regards

Jeff Cooper advocated four basic rules of gun safety:
1) All guns are always loaded. Even if they are not, treat them as if they are.
2) Never let the muzzle cover anything you are not willing to destroy.
3) Keep your finger off the trigger till your sights are on the target.
4) Identify your target, and what is behind it.

Hi Cherian,
It's been an year since this post was started, and since that time,
1). How has this gun fared?
2). Is this still available in market?
I've checked in quite some shops in Delhi, and they don't have any idea about this make of air rifle.

Re: AK agni
I called some Armoury shops and i couldnot get hold of AK Agni model here. Then i made my mind for ihp and called kovi and they dont have stock and the price as of now is Rs 4800 when i enquired last time it was around 4K. Perhaps we can go to Cochin and buy it from there. I am serious(Go by train on friday and perhaps can make return journey on sat)
