Hello IFGians
Hello IFGians,
I am Bipul, 24 yrs old, working, from Delhi.
I love to shoot from my camera as well as guns- its more of conceptual thing than action
This is not the first time I have been to IFG but finally decided to be a registered user here. It took me a while to get connected to IFG's forum (formally now) as GUNS are an expensive hobby and I happen to praise it only by reading threads and viewing pictures.
My favorite video games were always those with guns, bombs and lots of action. That is completely opposite to my personality - I am very polite, lazy and chose peace over arguments.
I have a .22 calibre air rifle now - which I carries when holidaying. Its manufactured by Safari (must be local) and I wish to use it more often. Shooting alone is VERY boring and I would like to meet people who too are looking for company in and around Delhi
I am also planning to buy a new air rifle (my budget is 15k) and I have read many threads related to it already. However, I will appreciate if experts can guide me some thing great within the budget. I haven't used much of guns but I am proud to say that I have fired many many rounds from LSW A2 which is used by Scottish army
I hope to be a regular contributor to the forum and also to find some like minded people who will invite me or would let me invite them for some shooting experience followed with some beer
Thanks,
Bipul Agarwal

Jeff Cooper advocated four basic rules of gun safety:
1) All guns are always loaded. Even if they are not, treat them as if they are.
2) Never let the muzzle cover anything you are not willing to destroy.
3) Keep your finger off the trigger till your sights are on the target.
4) Identify your target, and what is behind it.

Hi Bipul,
Sunday might be a holiday for such establishments. You may have to try out workdays. Give them a ring first, then proceed.

Re: Hello IFGians
Hi Deepak,
My work wont let me visit them on a weekday .. The reasons I wanna visit a shop is to get my Safari Rifle serviced and to compare between .177 and .22 calibre IHP rifles. I am sure to buy .177 one as I plan to join a shooting club soon but just in case I wanna know the difference.. All of it is long awaited and as I see it happening now - I am so excited....!
Thanks, Bipul
