this is my first post, and i want the guidance for making a BOW and arrows

You got to select the wood first. Two choice or may be three. Bamboo, Silver oak and ---??Goava? I am trying with goava. Shankar helped me to cut. I will comeup with a longbow shortly if time permitsmarksman_dd wrote:Hi guys,

Hi .. I am a bow manufacturer myself .
You can make many types/ models of bows i.e. long bow, take down bow both in Bamboo hard wood and also using composite materials like wood fiberglass, it is a laborious process and one has to follow certain specific measurements related to accurate bow manufacturing i.e dynamics . If you are new to this then may be you have to do several experiments before you can actually make a good bow.
