MFTA first meet planned this Sunday

Post by fantumfan2003 » Wed Jun 24, 2009 5:28 pm

All,

We are very happy to inform you of our first FT meet near Pune on Rohan's Farm on this Sunday, 28th June 2009.

We need you to confirm your attendance to fantumfan2003, karandheer78 or Ronny by PM or phone immediately. Preferably by phone.

You need to get your own air rifle/pistol and pellets.
There is no restriction on type of air rifle, scoped or opensight, caliber or type of pellets.

Local food is being arranged on cost per person basis and we are putting a plan in place for car pooling.
If you have space in your vehicle from Mumbai or Pune do let us know.

Lets make this a big first one followed by many successful ones.

Manish
As an example of overcoming adversity, Karoly Takacs has few peers. He was part of Hungary’s world champion pistol-shooting team in 1938, when an army grenade exploded, crippling his right hand. Ten years later, having taught himself to shoot with his left, he won two gold medals in the rapid-fire class.

Would have loved to join you guys Manish but unfortunately I injured my knee last Sunday while I was out with the dogs. The MRI shows an ACL contusion with bone contusions on the Tibial condyles so I will be out of action for some time.
Looking forward to seeing pics and videos.Hope I can join you the next time.
I hope you guys have a great time.

Yaj.
