Meet The girls....
This is one of the great loves of my life
A Browning Hi Power Mk II in 9mm luger/Parabellum.I can wax eloquent on the virtues of this magnificent piece of engineering, suffice to say she has virtually stayed unchanged for almost a 100 years saw service with the worlds most respected covert operators and was the favourite son of the IPSC shooter for a very long time.
first deer
A beautiful Anschutz .22 bolt action, i had the pleasure of owning.
Stoeger after opening morning
A Ruger 10/22 with a 6-14x40 scope, laser pointer and flashlight.
This shotgun uses the inertia system and has proved itself, giving flawless service for the last 2 years, with light and heavy loads.
Will update with the rest of my babies later.
My First Rifle a Parker Hale .243
Got my deer with this baby
20 minutes from where i used to live, sport fit for kings.
Happy to help with what i know and have access to just ask.

Goodness, those are some fine lookin' ladies you have there! The Hi Power -- not much can be said about that! The design and your example speak for themselves more eloquently than I can. I would like to comment on your 10-22, however: I've been intrigued greatly by those "modded" 10-22s myself. My old man's eyes don't work so well with iron sights, and I'm certainly not going to have my old Marlin 39 drilled, so some solution needs to be found for using a scope. If you're in the mood sometime, I'd very much like to hear about the other goodies you have on that 10-22.
Also, what is the Enfield/SMLE shooting scene like over there, from your perspective, such as matches, hunting use, availability of target sights, etc?

Hi Timmy,
You should be careful what you wish for as the old adage goes,(i can go on and on and on about the .22....)
The .22 is an absolute favourite of mine simply cos it allows me to hunt with an element of stealth and is so deadly at ranges upto 100mtrs.
The 10/22 can be endlessly tricked out.
i got a bigger scope for her cos my lil dinky 9x40 didnt gimme a big enuf sight picture, now i can choose which eye to put the round in.
You can buy a trigger upgrade.
you can fit a POLYMER buffer pin which reduces the 'clack' of the action to a 'thud', handy when you want to be 'sneaky weasel'.
Theres a whole range of furniture available for the 10/22 and it all comes down to personal taste.
While pistol grips are paractical, they can make you look like a Rambo wannabe not good for the credibility when you turn up at a pest control job.
My hogue stocked 10/22 suits we well, i use cobra clips in her just so i have alil more control i find factory clips fiddly.
The laser started off as a gimmick on my fun gun, but has earned its place a 100 times over, its proved to be invaluable when night shooting for Possums etc especially upclose, or from a boat i just laser the target and shoot from the hip as it were.
Lemme know any specifics you need to know and we can chat further.
Marlins are good guns, if you know what you're doing sticking on a rail to take a scope with epoxy should do the trick, its not the like the rig will be subject to huge recoil forces.
Not much time spent in the target shooting set, my mate hunts with a sporterized .303, again, all kindsa modcons available, lemme know if you have difficulty sourcing something.
