:D Well, as I wrote earlier too... my wife found me to be a big fat rolly polly and she related me to Hardy (Laurel & Hardy fame) who was also called Olly. Maybe it had somewhat to do with my joyful nature too ?? AND I didn't mind it either...

What about NM ? Pray, explain the origination which you've understood... should be interesting to hear... :twisted:

Uploading the picture of the great grand father.My grandmother's dad.Name: Mohammed Amjad Ali, passed away in 1941 as the Inspector General of Police, Hyderabad.

Do you see any resemblance?
