Hi,

One of my friend wants to try and import a .22 barrel for his BRNO, is this legally possible ?

only if one has import license. very hard to get.

Barrels are under the restricted list of imports...

Restricted means - can be but with proper permission ?
Or forget about it can't be done at all.
