Welcome aboard Racbhat. Fellow Bangalorean here. Please stay away from Indian made airpistols. Real waste of money.

Firstly, welcome to IFG ... have a great time aroundracbhat wrote:Pls advice if i can get a foreign made air pistol and if so how much and where from bangaluru.
Next, I would suggest you not go in for the normal Indian makes of Air Pistols.. Its a total waste... incompetent, inaccurate and powerless.
One good Indian AP would be the IHP CO2, but is available only on request at the Ahmedabad factory; may have a waiting list; costs below 7-8K. This is pretty accurate and good for starting competitive shooting. I can show you mine sometime, to get you more informed.
A good imported one may cost well around 1 Lakh, for a solid International competition level make (Like the one that Mack The Knife has up for sale, at a pretty decent price). Some may also be available for 30-40K, but depends on its condition, make, etc.. Some of the world class and widely accepted APs are Steyr, Walther, Morini, to name the top list...
