i am also in strong believer that if anti gunners want us to be without arms, then they must put themselves in the line of fire of the criminals who have guns.

in other words can any one guarantee that if guns were made illegal then the criminal will not carry firearms?

if gun crime is to be reduced then should not one go after the illegal owned arms?

hello everyone,
let me make myself clear about that particular post which is quoted above by Mr.penpusher.i just found those facts and figures from a local newspaper,and thought i would be nice to share it here.i m totally not into gun-control or ani-gun motion.i m working with Mr.RottLord on"plans on the start" to oppose the gun-control in india.

No one here has any axe to grind (against any other member), the reactions you've seen are purely based on your earlier post... the confusion may very well stem from your choice of words, in the post which has been referenced above. Perhaps you may wish to word your posts a bit more carefully, so that such confusions do not crop up in future.

The newest problem here in Mumbai is that most posh or pseudo posh venues (restaurants, clubs, etc.) have started frisking and searching bags, etc. And they do not allow you to carry a firearm.

So the situation boils down to; there are no cops to protect the patrons, there is a watchman manning the door and one can't protect him/herself even though the authorities have allowed him/her to.
