Photos of Cannon Air rifles
Hello Cannon owners
I have read positive stuff on this make here on IFG. I got in touch with a dealer in Bangalore with Prabhath's help here but the dealer does not have stocks for another three weeks. The dealer also said they are better than IHP !
I am looking forward to add a .177 Cannon to my collection.
Can Cannon (Is it Cannon or Canon) owners please post pictures of their Canon Air rifles ? I have seen Tirtha's pictures. I am quite certain he is not the only own who owns a Cannon air rifle.
Thanks
Manish

Manish,
I don't have any Cannon/ Canon Air Rifle but I googled this word. As far as the search results goes, this air rifle is not of Indian Make..
If the case is same, this Cannon air rifles can't be compared with IHP- in my humble opinion..
What is the price he is asking from you..?
Every dealer wants to sell the product-for which he is authorised to sell, or he has in his stock... If your budget is between 3.5K to 4.5K why not to go for the tried and tested (IHP)..
Regards..

You are right about google...but I am basing my decision to try out a cannon gun after reading positive comments about it in the photo album section here at ifg. It will be cheaper than the IHP thats for sure....

Dear Fantumfan, Sharan_kan,
The canon air rifle is made in Kolkata, they have at least one dealer in Kolkata Olympic sports behind lal bazar police H.Q.
I have seen one rifle with them. The asking price was Rs. 2000 app.(do not remember exactly)
Looks good, feels good, do not know about performance.
Regards
Prabir

Re: Photos of Cannon Air rifles
Manish,
I have tried a Canon myself and liked it. It shoots well and has good balance. The stock also seemed to be better than that of the IHP. The only thing I disliked about it is the designing on the stock. There was no checkering on it but some kind of designs that you normally see on grill work.
TenX and Ashok,
The Canons are usually available with Asian Armory. Will let you know once stocks arrive.
