IF some of these legislations get passed american gun owners are really going to get castrated

Not possible to enforce it. And no way on earth will it pass. A number of people in the US have cache's of ammo, large enough to start a war...

Simmillarly thought out law pertaining to pistol ammo in the UK. Only problem handguns are illegal in the UK.

Just goes to show how wierd governments can be.
