Dear IFG Brethren,

If this is not against the site rules, please include your respective email ids and street addresses in this part of the forum. However, I would like to request the moderators and the admin first to allow this much for a greater cause. Besides, I have this plan for creating an awareness:

There are 1320 IFG-and in total and we can start a Gun-related magazine (not an e-version), with the admin taking care of the legal side. I used to run a music magazine before here in WB and getting accomplished the formalities and the printing is no trouble for me. If all of us donate a hundred rupees to IFG every month, it shall amount to 1.32,000 INR, with which, we can get the mags printed (at least 5000 copies); the remaining amount can be spent once every 4 months for arranging shooting competitions under the banner of IFG.

Lert me know your thoughts on it.

In a bit of a rush so cannot comment on all of the above right now (will do so later). I would STRONGLY advise against anyone sharing their personal contact details on an open Internet forum - it's simply not advisable for many reasons.

This can be done via PM for now.

Cheers!

Dear Badshah,

Thank you for the info, but since Mr. Singh has their contact emails and stuff, a message can be forwarded to everyone. If, however, only 500 people respond back, then the willing ones - I'm sure - can pull in 200 bucks each instead of a hundred. Even that makes a lakh each month, sufficient to print the mag and and to arrange for quarterly events.

Yes, Abhijeet/ Mods can send mails/PM to every member and ask for their opinions regarding this, putting up a deadline. After deadline we can count the responses, and take the things forward accordingly...

Though we are desperate to do something but the PMs or mailers can be sent in that way that the members shouldn't feel that the contribution is mandated or we/ Abhijeet are/is pleading money from the members. This should be made clear that the contribution to is cause is completely VOLUNTARY..

Abhijeet is doing a phenomenal job, and IFG is a ray of hope to the RKBA Movement & for the upkeeping shooters in the Indian context, but if more & more people lend hands to Abhijeet, the RKBA movement can take a decisive turn.

My 5 cents.. :) ...

With Regards..
