Here's a picture of what was perhaps the strangest ratkill I've ever had. This fellow rolled over as though a sudden urge to sleep had overtaken him in the middle of supper. No jump, no kick, no rolling around and calling for the medics. The pellet must have caught him in a part of his brain which just shuts down the machine immediately. A very odd sight indeed. I almost shot him again, thinking he might be feigning death to escape further shooting. They're wily buggers, rats:)
