Unfortunately so. I have since sacked the truck driver on grounds of utter incompetence and am currently on the look out for a road roller. Please contact me via PM if you could spare one.

@Lazybones: I'm alright buddy. Thanks! Well all I can say about her brother is that a certain doctor in kerala had to perform an excessively excruciating operation on him. I mean, pulling a shot gun outta someone's ass aint a small thing. :-D

@Rusty: I cant believe you're still looking for a road roller. I repeat "The dietitian was kidding when he said only a road roller can flatten than tummy of yours!" :-D

@Tenx: Well bro, it was a hot day and I was coming out of the Armani showroom and was waiting for the valet to pull up in my Aston Martin Vanquish. I chanced upon this cute kid standing on the other side of the road and couldn't help but think: "Who would leave a kid alone on the busy streets of New York?"

I was shaking my head at the thought when I felt a vibration in the chest pocket of my suit. I pulled out my cell phone. I hate these new Vertu's. They're so blingy if you ask me. But hey, its a gift and I have to use it. Anyways, It was the stupid brokers again. I mean, so what if the stocks are failing? Money isn't everything y'know!

I was trying to get of the phone when I turned to see that cute child crossing the road. My eyes immediately zeroed in a pimped chevy speeding down the road. I had a split second to react and throwing caution to wind I dived at the child. The Vertu had barely hit the sidewalk before I scooped the child up in my arms.

Brakes screeched and tyres squealed. The chevy came to a stop but the damage was done. By swerving to avoid us, he barely missed us. But the bloody fender brushed me on the forehead.

I got up, asked the child if everything was fine. Avoiding the admiring stares and concerned "Are you aright's" from the crowd I slowly walked to my Vanquish and drove home. After all, I had to get ready for my flight.

I hope I havent missed any details. But thats the gist of it.

Oh! I'm not the one for these accolades. But if you insist I can accept the medal.

The Vertu's alright though. I never liked it in the first place. :-P

Lol. Its no embarrassment man. I was standing out in the field on a narrow pathway and a mini truck was passing by. I moved to the side to let it pass. There was a metal thingy sticking outta the back that got caught in my tee and flipped me over. I have no idea how i flipped. lol.

Anyways, I avoided the first hit from the fall with my hand and that took a nice chunk off my palm. But I still had momentum and the next hit couldnt be avoided so I landed on my face. A gash on the forehead, left cheekbone, nose and upper lip was the result! lol.

I got up, cleaned and headed to the hospital to have it looked at. A few days rest got me back up n ready..

Bad scene dude... Anyways, good that something like this ended with less injury... I have heard of very bad cases (sometmes its close to unbelievable) with these irresponsible truckers... :)

Well the trucky was on his way to deliver a ton of beef to Rusty. He was delayed by the accident. Hence the consequence!
