Yep it is a knife which has a revolver type cylinder inside the handle and fires .22 rounds. This is one knife you'd love to carry to a gunfight.

19 century katars have been known to have muzzle loading flint lock pistols. Im not sure how practical they were though.
They were also incorporated into guptis and tulwars.
