He shot them all

Post by Shamsher » Thu Oct 09, 2008 8:40 pm

Way back in the early 80'es when shootiing permits were issued to hunt the migratory birds.

A new chap who developed a taste to shoot was invited at his request at the get-together with my father & some of his friends.
One of My father's friends asked him what all he had shot with his newly purchased shotgun.
He had a long list , geese, mallards, pintails, bar headed goose, spoon bills, nuktas & so on. it seemed he had shot everything that flew.

Another friend of my father asked him " did you ever get a donald duck" ?

He replied "sure did, matter of fact I shot 2 donald ducks last month. !!

Good one... Had a friend in college who would lie that he knows all the joints in town.. and we would come up with funny (non-existent) names, for which he would nod :)

Maybe this 'new-gun' shot the TV when Donal Duck was aired! :) :)
