When I contacted them, they sent a reply stating that they do deliver to Indian addresses, provided that it is mentioned in 'English'

What I need to know is:
1. Is it allowed to import such blades thru courier/post?
2. Are there any formalities to be considered?
3. Like rifles/pistols which require some club membership for air guns, are there any considerations for importing swords?
4. What would be the additional monetary burden in the name of tax and duty
