penpusher,
Your last post kind of confused me.. Can you please explain what you mean by "You don't need a license to legally get an automatic firearm from the state govt. The district police chief is competent to issue you one.".
Is that the same way that the village protection parties were issued govt. weapons during militancy? or are you talking about anyone with real threat can be armed by govt. ?

HyderabadNawab,

You would be issued govt arms and ammunition and they are free

Msandhu,

Yes and as always, who you are matters.Getting a govt. issued firearm does draw the wrong sort of attention though.

So you mean to say that if someone get a PB license, the govt will give him a 9mm pistol and ammo and he dosent have to pay for it?What if that person wants to buy his own weapon?

All these legalities about arms are so confusing. Why couldnt we have had a constitutional right to bear arms(2nd Amendment) like in the US.

Buy weapons like candy bars!!!

Correct me if i am wrong, but i dun think you need a PB or even NPB license ..From village defence committes, what i have seen is that govt. gives some kind of training to handle firearms and then issues them firearms.

Cheers

There are quite a few floating around, right down from broomhandle Mausers in 9mm para to Beretta 92F's and Glocks... Also, PB pistols sell for a pittance as there are few takers...

Here's what I carry most of the time..

Image

The Fenix seen here is the P1D. Its pushes out 180 Lumens on Max, 90 on Normal and 30 in Power Saver mode. It also has a 180 Lumen Strobe and 90 Lumen SOS.

I used to carry an E01, but the light on the Skil is as bright as that.

Here's the tool fully opened. The light is quite bright for its size.

and of course, cant leave home without these!

Sorry, no Gun! lol..
