For meat pickle.

One that would work for birds.. chicken through partridge and the other for Boar.

It is still leagal to hunt, eat and pickle all kinds of game in Europe... if that is what is worrying you.

MoA, shooter should have a few good recipes up his sleeve... Have tried his Mom's home made mutton pickle... if there was a word better than excellent I would use it here! :)
