I wouldn't know about that. However, I am pretty certain you did not know the answer. Nothing stops you from sending the pic to an architect...

P.S.: On second thoughts, given the hints, a Google search for 'American Heritage Buildings' or some such title could well do the trick.

One of my collegue(An American) sitting next to me ,use to stay near to this building few years back.

Didn't you notice your count going from 13K to 15k?
