First of them all I had posted a request for mehulkamdar who had started this post. Second thing is don't you see left or right when you write such an arrogant reply. If you see to the left of my post you can see when I joined this forum.

Karizman,

The best way to get any information is to file an application under the RTI.All that is required is a draft for Rs.10.Get it made from a Nationalized Bank in the name of Ministry of Home Affairs,Government of India, payable at New Delhi. The private ones will charge you Rs.100/- minimum for making th edraft.I think it is about 20-30/- from a nationalized bank.

Download the application from the MOH's website.Type out the information sought on another piece of paper and send it through registered/speed post .Courier guys are not allowed to enter the MOH's office.Address it to the PIO dealing with the Arms Act, 1959.MOH's web site will provide you all the information that you need on filling the application under the RTI

So, Dear Friends,
Following is the outcome of this thread:-
1, If Mr Mehul who started this thread has any concrete info or documents for manufacturing licence or exemption from licence he will not share.
2, If any one has to know. He must do his own home work and not to share with anyone.
3, No one wants to make any potential competetion.
Well! Thanks for all the input by everyone.
G.Singh
