Ok.. here's the answer. Vikram is right!
Its a man who got drunk in a forest. This IS a grisly photo and it's from a Indian Wildlife conservation Forum I belong to... One common comment from most of the members was about "The unnecessary killing of the python"!! @#&$$ Is it just me? or... I would like to have some comments form members of this forum!

Probably the people in this region of Reticulated Python don't know the fact that if disturbed persistently long enough, the Python regurgitates its meal in order to make good it's escape. No need for a Vet or a Naturalist. I wonder who deserved death. The one in it's natural habitat or the invader.

I'd go with Olly's take on this, one life has been lost already, why take another, if there had been a chance of saving the guy, save him by any means. But he's already dead, so why kill the python ?

Hello everybody,
The reason i asked whether jonah pach had seen the snake was that pictures were disputed by some on the grounds that the snake had apparently swallowed the man feet first, a thing snakes donot do, they always eat head first. I had seen these pictures some 6 months back. as it is not clearly discernible whether the snake had eaten him head first or feet first.
