Hello kanakrohit???
Although you dont need muscles like arnold's to master the 10m airpistol, a little excercise wouldnt hurt. You could start with 5lb dumbells to bolster the spirit. Just remember it's mind over matter! Do a search on the internet and you will comeup with a lot of tips and tricks.

Some shooter I knew would hold a partly filled bisleri bottle. If you do prolonged holding excerises with the air pistol that is more than enough.
Spend lot of time on your hold & stance, shot sequence, breathing, sight alignment, trigger release & follow through. After several months of training, all this should become automatic & effortless.
Most important is training the mind, nothing like yoga, this suggestion I got from international medalists....
all the best

Another very good exercise is to stand with your pistol facing a wall, so there is about an inch between the muzzle and the wall. Put a spot on the wall - I would make a 1/8" spot on a piece of paper and tape the paper to the wall.
Now raise the pistol and hold the sight on the spot until your hand trembles and then lower. Wait one minute and repeat it. Do this for 5 minutes at first, then later you can extend the practice to 10 minutes.
Do not push more than that unless extremely comfortable, otherwise you can develop bad habits.

I agree with Sat. Keep shooting and everytime you shoot, pay attention to your stance. Soon your subconscious mind will develop a habit of it and it will keep you in that position. The best thing is to develop an habit of holding your own pistol instead of dumbbells coz your muscles will get trained with that exact weight which you need to hold steady.
