He actually did - by posting a VERY illegal suggestion on another thread which was immediately deleted by a moderator, hence the ban...

Approach of Grumpy in my absence has been depressing.
I would really expect from him +ve behaviour this time round.

I was able to convince him that need for arms should be the primary reason for licence--------a soft look or otherwise could be secondary, if at all. Honble DM asked for putting up of his rejected file again. We are +vely awaiting DM's response.
