Article in National Geograhic on hunting & conservation

Post by sa_ali » Wed Feb 13, 2008 2:51 pm

Hi

Just came across a very good article on the hunting and conservation

http://ngm.nationalgeographic.com/ngm/2 ... -text.html

It talks about how ranch and private land owners are using hunting as means to managing there parks and helping conserve nature and animals.

I wish some one could tell the same to govt of india

Good stuff, and considering today's news reports on depleting tiger numbers/ habitat - very good timing too! Thanks for posting the link :)

Cheers!
