HI! folx read a news report today that the IOF has supplied more than 70, 000 "straitjacket" overcoats instead of overcoats to the armed forces in the high altitudes. The speciality of these overcoats is that after wearing them the user cannot move his arms! the armpits are too tight
The Army lays the blame on the DGQA who in turn lays it on the IOF
The army has now used its war reserve and done a cut and paste repair to the armpits of a large number of coats. It is a sad story that the IOF & the Govt. Machinery always gets away after wasting the public money - rather they line their pockets with it and no accountability is there neither is there any punishment. The way things are going it is only a matter of time before we will see "accidental" mushroom clouds soon
