advice needed

hi all
a dealer quoted 3.25 lk for a h&r guardsman mod.732 revolver in .32 calibre. the gun is in 95% mint condition. is the price reasonable.learned members plz advice.

3.25 for a H&R.................I can Arrange a S&W snubnose in this budget for you.

The way things are today in India, I would say fine. That's the way prices are now.

3.25 lacs for an H&R revolver sounds like highway robbery... even in India!! Badshah is right, for that kind of money you should be able to get a good S&W revolver!

S & W are changing hands at 5 lakhs upwards now if in good condition.

A Beretta 92 with 1 x spare magazine went for Rs. 7 lakhs in Chandigarh.

What next ? With import ban this will only shoot up.

You have been misinformed - S&W small frame revolvers in unfired mint condition, WITH the box and wax paper all intact - are being offered for SUBSTANTIALLY LESS money than what you quote above...

Maybe, I have been hearing these things but you all live in India, particularly North India where a lot of sales take place so you will have more info than what I get to hear. I get info only off and on from friends in Bihar, UP or Delhi.

Today i came to know about a S&W in 4" Barrell (K Frame) for sale ,asking price 3.25 lakhs.I requested my brother to email me the pics,,According to him it is a nice looking handgun in gud condition.
