Hi Guys!
Hi All!
I'm Mohamed, currently based in Bangalore, but originally from Dubai - Well Born and Brought up at least!
I was shocked to actually discover that there is an active Arm Discussion forum dedicated to us Indians, interested in this sport! This is the way to go!
I am only interested in Air-Rifle/Pistol shooting for the time being as I'm not too keen on the red-tape associated with indulging in the firearm realm!
I currently own the following:
Crosman 1008 RepeatAir .177 CO2 Air Pistol (In Dubai)
AirForce Condor .22 PCP (In Dubai)
Gamo Hunter .22 (In Dubai)
Crosman 1377 American Classic .177 Pump Action (Here)
GI Model 65 .22 (Here)
I am looking to buy a National .22 in a couple of days if one is available here. I've also been eyeing the Gunmark .22, but no progress on that front.
My primary use will be general indoor plinking here in Bangalore.
I read a lot about the IHP modification plans that you guys have. Count me in on it.
Can somebody point me in the right direction??
Warm Regards,
Mo.

Welcome aboard Mohamed There are quite a few active members from Bangalore, a couple of whom are avid airgunners as well...
Hope you enjoy your stay here... would be nice if you could post a first hand review of the Condor, there are a few of us who have been considering that particular model...
Cheers!

Re: Hi Guys!
Hi Guys
Thanks a ton for the warm welcome.
I'd be going to Dubai this April. So why pictures? I'll get the Condor! Everybody can have a go at it!
If anybody is thinking about going for it, stop thinking and start buying!! Its probably the best for the price. Does not have the conventional look though, buts shoots true! and the power is astounding! Nothing short of it. Also it can probably handle more accessories than you can imagine.
Its a pain to fill with a hand pump. 20 min of hard pumping should give you a fill. But you need to wait a while to let your blood presure get to normal before shooting!! lol! I have a friend who has a modified electric pump and does the job in under 4 minutes. It can do it quicker, but airforce advises slow filling to prevent heat damage to the seals. But once you do fill it up, the fun never ends. But the air does!!
The only catch is the loud report. You gotta hear it to believe it. Indoor plinkin at full power is impossible, stupid and a waste of air. It will probably set the neighbours on you too!! But at a sub 6 power level, things start to simmer down. If a proper suppressor hits the market, this'd be the best all rounder.. Imagine 60lbs of thump!!
Another rifle I'd suggest is the Webley Patriot or even the Gamo Extreme is good for the price.

Welcome! Mohamed. Sometimes, a picture is worth seeing. You have given a good detail of the Condor already, even though, if any-buddy wants to read further please follow the link:
