Has anyone ever seen or ordered a Khukuri from the Khukuri House?

They ship to India as well. Would like to know if anyone has seen how the quality of their products is?

Re: Khukuri House
The products and pricing looks fine....
But....Cost of shipping is USD 17.00 to India ....
Isn't that high considering the fact that the product is in Nepal ?

I was told that courier companies are now hesitant to ship knives to India from Nepal. Know any courier companies that are shipping to India now?ajikappil";p="33115 wrote: But....Cost of shipping is USD 17.00 to India ....

If you try and order different khuks, you will see that the shipping is based on the weight of the package.
Though even then its a bit steep. They use DHL for shipping and that may be a reason why.
